• Responsible for the creation and management of the plant’s finished goods safety stock strategy, utilizing an ABC analysis approach to reduce total on-hand inventory by $700K (8%) and the risk of stock outs to the customer• Implemented a standardized process for planning and maintaining a valid four week production plan for 100% of product demand within the plant to provide a more accurate forecast to our suppliers and reduce the frequency of stock outs• Led the weekly Sales & Operations Planning update to the Plant Manager and executive leadership team, evaluating the plant’s sales targets and forecasts from an aggregate level as well as providing an updated production schedule over a rolling 13 week period• Executed the master supply plan across three assembly lines, constructing and managing a four week production plan consisting of 2000 unique products with an average total demand of 3000 units per day• Improved the plant’s Beta assembly line’s overall production efficiency from 61% to 85% within a six month span by stabilizing the schedule and reducing changeover
