Led a team of designers, developers and project managers. Drove product organization and strategy initiatives for Advanced Media, College Sports and Interactive groups, as well as new business ventures. Working within the framework of Agile (SCRUM), I managed the concept, development and marketing of some of CBS Interactive’s most prominent digital media products. From College Sports products like Gameday LIVE and College Sports Live, to Advanced Media projects that include PGA Tour and Big Brother Live streaming, all the way to new business verticals like TrainerPass, a cross-platform, multi-channel network focused on digital fitness.
