My current position I support PI and PHD historians for refineries to monitor equipment. This includes but is not limited to PI Interfaces (PItoPI, PI OPC DA, PI OPC HDA, and RDBMS) as well as PI OPC Software and Windows Servers 2008 and 2012. My experience also includes using the necessary PI administration tools and PI DataLink client tools. I have been engaged with many applications and continue to assist with the previously supported applications.

In this position I supported and maintained a web site for refineries to monitor equipment. Also interfaced with SQL databases and supported IIS and Windows Servers. I have also supported many different applications in this role. This support role included but was not limited to installation, configuration, troubleshooting client issues, and server support of these applications.

As Hertz outsourced their IT, I was retained and currently perform all of my previous duties.

I have the responsibility to ensure that the HP MPE (Maestro) scheduling meets or exceeds the SOX requirements. I also work with the Sun JCAPS tool developing data transmissions.

Maintained all previous position duties.Supervised 8 individuals working all shifts (24x7x365) supporting 28 HP MPE e3000 mainframes. Designed and set up a central website for recording turnover records, with links to oncall documents, and commonly used web links to assist in the duties of the team.Created reports to track the number of jobs and schedules defined on the systems.Learned to use JCAPS software tools. Started development in the JCAPS software tool.

Supported 28 HP MPE e3000 systems by maintaining JCL, job scheduling, job releases, and other duties. Installed, configured, and maintained the DCM/Pak (Maestro, Spoolmate, and TapesPlus) software suite on the HP MPE e3000 systems.Incorporated Streamx3000 with Maestro for launching jobs.Setup and Maintained a central Windows server for 15+ users.Wrote several programs using HP's C programming language such as report application up time, ensure schedule log levels are set correctly for reporting events, find jobs defined within the Maestro schedule, and a kill user program. Performed OCS/Librarian functions such as defining release steps and using those steps to release or stage changes. Created and maintained multiple complex jobs using the HP MPE JCL language, to create end user reports, and jobs to monitor application up time.Monitored 1 million+ jobs monthly on the HP MPE systems.Configured 500+ IP Printers on the HP MPE systems using the Spoolmate software.

Started as an Operator working in the Print Room. Maintained 13 MPE System line printers, 1 Xerox Laser Printer, 2 IBM Laser Printers, 2 microfiche machines, mounted magnetic reel tapes and cartridges.Removed and separated reports as they were printed.Performed system backups on MPE systems.
