I work with a team of internal and external API, web and app developers, as well as testers and UX specialists, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage the release of enhancements to both the web and app versions of the GM Financial MyAccount payment portal. Previously, I managed the release of the GM Financial Mobile app.

I worked with product managers to develop detailed project plans, manage resources and define tasks that lead to the successful implementation of projects. I track the progress of projects, ensuring that timelines are being met, current tasks are appropriately completed and new tasks are correctly defined.

I was a liaison between the newsroom and development teams, served as a primary point of contact for issues involving digital publishing workflows and best practices, and represented the digital content staff in a variety of meetings and on a number of newsroom projects.
