My primary responsibility in this role was to redesign and reinvent the Sony Rewards web application using the company's proprietary rewards program platform. Leading a team of 10, I redesigned a bulky, outdated, buggy application with 700+ tables in the database to a flexible, efficient, robust application with a third-normal-form database around 175 tables. This was done in a rapid, highly concentrated effort requiring the fluid operation of a medium-sized development team.
