Recommends options and approaches to achieve communication or service delivery objectives on the intranet, internet or SharePoint to increase awareness of existing, new and emerging programs, policies and services for appropriate audiences.Creates user-friendly, accessible, searchable and adaptive content (including graphics); ensures all content is consistent with government corporate internet strategy, message and tone for all online formats and public forums.mproves the quality of corporate communications and increases the flow of relevant information up, down and across the Ministry by creating, reviewing and publishing engaging web and SharePoint materials.Maintains content management system by posting new and updated content to the web sites (internal and external). Reviews and edits pages for content, structure, accuracy and currency to ensure that outdated material is removed or updated; coordinates testing prior to migration to web sites and SharePoint. Ensures all links, both internal and external, work properly and updates them as required.Receives client service requests, collects incident details and technical and business data to conduct initial assessments, isolates incidents, determines and classifies severity and breadth of impact, and identifies possible solutions.Prepares internal communications materials such as announcements, orientation materials, intranet pages, newsletters, employee surveys, videos, questions and answers.dentifies communication issues or potential issues related to program area activities.Participates in the development of internet, intranet and SharePoint policies, procedures and technical standards.
