With decades of experience as an award-winning creative leader, including 20+ years specializing in digital , I have worked in 6 different countries developing innovative campaigns for some of the world's leading brands at agencies such as Ogilvy, Havas, DDB and Wunderman (my most recent role leading creative teams across Greater China and beyond).I have been a judge at Cannes Cyber Lions, ADMA, AdStars in Korea, China’s ROI Festival, Tencent Mind Awards, One Show China Festival and the Roca Design Challenge HK. As a regular speaker at events, I have presented at the American Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, Jiaotong University, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and Metathink Brand Seminar.Specialties: 10+ years art director and copywriter in sales promotion & direct marketing. 20 years focused on Digital Creative Direction and innovation. In my last 3 years in China I led teams across multiple locations as an Integrated ECD and was named as one of Campaign Asia's Digital A-List.Moving to Hong Kong in early 2016, I co-founded creative consultancy We Are Open. Working with the local startup community, I regularly hosted MADLAB sessions to workshop marketing solutions.Since February 2020 I have been leading the creative teams across EMEA for experiential agency Pico.
