I was engaged at Chevron to deploy Fieldglass, a vendor management system,to better manage their contingent labour spend at the tail end of the resources boom. This deployment was the pilot for what would eventually be a global roll out. My team and I were responsible for components of the functional and technical design and worked closely with global teams to prepare the solution. Involved in process mapping, fit gap analysis, data migration, testing, training and deployment activities.Key Successes:-Conducted benchmarking analysis on 24 suppliers resulting in significant mark-up reductions-Led workshops at Global Oil & Gas client with key stakeholders to identify process improvementopportunities, policy changes, contract standardisation and system (Fieldglass) improvements in theContingent Labour category.-Successfully trained and handed over knowledge to Chevron stakeholders-Successfully developed and ran 10+ training sessions and workshops-Successfully delivered significant savings in the form of rate reductions and mark-up reductions.
