I’m an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years experience in increasingly challenging capacities. As the IT Manager at Micropump, Inc., I have the privilege of managing and maintaining a diverse set of IT systems, technologies, and infrastructure. Additionally, I oversee the IT Help Desk operations, and am responsible for developing IT strategy that aligns with and supports our organization's goals and objectives.I have recently earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. I'm now uniquely positioned as both a recent college graduate and a seasoned veteran. Over the past 10 years, I've also demonstrated my commitment to continued education and skill building by earning numerous IT industry certifications.
