As part of the management team at Drummond Laurie Chartered Accountants, my main roles are to build and maintain strong relationships with my clients and to advise them in relation to how to grow their business and also support my team in doing the same for their clients. This is something I take great pride in and enjoy seeing my clients and other team members succeed in their business and personal goals.My main area of expertise is in providing monthly or quarterly management information, including forecasts and ad hoc regulatory disclosures, to clients as well as a detailed analysis and comparison of KPIs.
