Highly effective and experienced program manager / engineering professional in product development. While leading many successful engineering programs, from concept phase thru prototyping and into to full scale production, the importance of having early involvement of the development team cannot be overemphasized. It is crucial the team understands all aspects of the fully assembled device. This allows for the provision of creative design recommendations during the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review process. By spending the appropriate amount of time collaborating with the customer, I am able to help address technical challenges, as well as incorporate cost saving solutions into the final device and/or part designs.By defining a clear Statement of Work (SOW) up front and then diligently managing and negotiating scope change throughout, I am able to create a dual win outcome. The result is creating a robust manufacturing process that is statistically reinforced by executing effective OQ and PQ protocols.Leader with proven ability to manage budgets, manage customer expectations, and deliver a successful project on time.
