Current• Leading diverse, cross functional teams in the development of custom content integrations across Johnson & Johnson’s consumer brands including Zyrtec, Lactaid, Tylenol, Maui Moisture and OGX Beauty. Ensuring the fulfillment and quality of bottom-line objectives throughout. • Ideating and executing cohesive content strategies across broadcast TV, OTT, audio, digital, social, editorial & experiential (concert & festival) alongside talent-driven partnerships aimed at driving brand awareness within general market & multicultural audiences.• Collaborating with strategy and planning teams to identify relevant insights and apply strategic thinking to inform the creative process for brand storytelling. Confidently presenting curated ideas to key brand-side decision makers based on consumer trends and market research.• Participating on production shoots as a producer, providing input on all aspects including casting, scripting, and eventual execution to maintain alignment with awareness and engagement based KPI’s of partners.• Helping manage the creation of award submission materials for J&J brands entering various media festivals. Most recently organized the development of a case study video reel for a collective of J&J brands, sourcing the creative partner and overseeing the development of the project through its completion. This submission would go on to win "THE ROI AWARD" at the 2022 Global M&M Awards in September '22.
