As an Assistant Manager for Wal-Mart, I was trained in leadership responsibilities including training, coaching, hiring and termination of employees. It was in this position where I gained much of my work and life ethic, and I still use Sam Walton’s 10-foot rule in my everyday life, greeting everyone with a smile.
