Director User Services
CurrentAs Director of User Services, I oversee the delivery of our End User Support and Training services. After designing, configuring, and deploying an Enterprise Technology to one of our many Fortune 100 clients, it is my responsibility to ensure high user adoption through end user support and enablement. My responsibilities include understanding our client’s business processes, industry regulations, and Marketing Technologies. It is my job to then align customers to an intuitive and efficient tool with high user acceptance. I oversee the execution of over 24,000 user cases annually, all with extremely high customer satisfaction and retention. My team of Support Managers partner closely with Client Stakeholders to analyze user trends and identify sales, training, and solution enhancement opportunities.
