I have successfully built four podcasts: "Chris Kala Podcast," "Polaarcast," "Cleansify Eesti," and "Ausad Naised." Additionally, I have assisted in the creation and initiation of over 10 podcasts in Estonia. Over these five years, I have honed my skills in creating and recording high-quality audiovisual content, managing various video and audio editing programs such as Final Cut Pro and Garageband.My journey has allowed me to acquire excellent skills in engaging various types of people in flowing conversation. I have refined my presentation and expression skills and gained experience in project management, podcast preparation, show and discussion leadership, and social media marketing. I have learned diverse knowledge from different people about their fields of operation.In addition to these accomplishments, I have organized over five different seminars and online webinars. My primary responsibility involved managing the company (in the role of CEO), increasing revenue and profit, optimizing costs, recruiting necessary roles, and leading various teams' work (IT, marketing, sales, resellers). I maintained communication with the warehouse, managed orders and deliveries, handled billing arrangements, was responsible for organizing team events, led the company's image formation, discussion evenings, and the podcast. My area of responsibility also included the entire online store, along with orders, invoices, and cooperation management. I worked as a Footwear Department Manager in two different stores. My main responsibilities were to organize new sales campaigns, increase store turnover through a specific action plan, product selection, and employee direction. I was responsible for product displays, training new and existing employees, inventory checking and maintenance, new product displays, maintaining the sales floor, knowledge of cashier systems, handling office paperwork, and communication with the head office in England. I was involved in opening new stores (Sports Direct in Tartu Lõunakeskus), conducting team meetings, recruiting employees, and motivating the existing team. During peak seasons, I was responsible for a team of 15-30 members, in a store size of 1200m².
