I am Chris. I enjoy working with people, meeting new individuals, and finding ways to inspire and motivate others. I also like learning from others. My journey as a podcaster has affirmed that working with people is my strength, as it allows me to bring out the strengths in others. Today, I work as a podcaster and author, having published three self-development books ("Failed!", "Understanding Who I Am", and "In Contact with Myself"). For over ten years, I have consciously been involved in self-development and self-reflection, which helps me better understand those around me, making every work collaboration much more effective and value-creating.My professional achievements have brought me experience with various direct marketing and network marketing projects, working and leading teams in the retail customer service sector. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to manage various projects in the media sector as a project manager, and worked as a marketing manager in an online store. One of my greatest successes includes my podcasts ("Chris Kala podcast", "Polaarcast" and "Cleansify Estonia podcast") and activities as a podcast coach, helping to initiate the recording of over 10 podcasts in Estonia.In my endeavors, I always strive to be a leader (in the sense of being a role model to others, standing by my words), sincere, honest, straightforward, and understanding and developing others. I have a positive worldview, am solution-oriented (there are no impossible challenges), have excellent self-expression (able to explain the same thing to very different parties), specific, dedicated, and patient. This patience in leading people has affirmed that the result is quality. Continuous feedback (retro) process, acknowledging successes, and the ability to see and eliminate areas for improvement, involving all team members, also ensure quality. The entire team collectively is responsible for the outcome.
