Working in a team, created as a part of the Lightsource BP's innovative branch, Lightsource Labs, on Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS) at residential level:- Support for already installed units in houses for previous HEMS solution, Sunplug- Design and implementation of features for the new HEMS solution, Tribe- Energy management algorithms, IoE (Internet of Energy) layer - design of an energy management framework on top of IoT layer- Design and implementation of a device emulator web app to be used with a User Interface or through RESTful API by third party applications for developing and testing purposes. Project implemented in Python and Flask API.- Design and implementation of home simulators for the entire end to end product solution, for developing, testing and demo purposes. Project implemented with FastAPI and NodeRed as a User Interface.- Implementation of simulators of the IoT framework for testing and statistical purposes- Design and implementation of automated tests for IoT framework of product, Ubiworx, using several DevOps technologies and tools (e.g jenkins, docker, ansible, RobotFramework, Xray and more)- Setup up and maintanance of an end-to-end product tester and CI/CD pipeline- Implementation of main project mostly in Lua and Python, as well as Bash and Javascript- Working on various protocols Modbus, MQTT, HTTP and more- Onboarding devices to the HEMS such as inverters, energy meters, thermostats, hot water tanks and more- 2nd Support line for customers on production level

- Embedded modules evaluation and programming on system chips in IAR Workbench- Configuring and porting register settings for sub-GHz transmitters in RF studio, testing performance- Research and implementation of case studies in communication protocol (wireless) M-Bus- Implementation of wMBus modes according to protocol standards- Integration of water and electricity meters for protocol scenarios to simulate realistic input of sensors and data transmission
