• Accountable for day-to-day running of the store, its operations and employees as well as initiating, coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures• Develop and maintain store CRM program: Thank you notes, Invite Back, follow up with staff on client books, client outreach, marketing outreach and resolve all customer issues for Canada • Analyze reports to identify deficiencies and opportunities; manage controllable costs, profit and loss, and maintain fiscal responsibility for the store• Recruiting, retaining and motivating a professional staff; provide training and development as necessary• Point of contact for all Canadian PR and marketing requests; determine and initiate relevant b2b projects
