I am a motivated real estate enthusiast currently finishing my final year at the University of Alabama. This past summer, I had the incredible opportunity to intern as an Acquisitions Intern at Zucker Investment Group. During my time there, I dove deep into the commercial real estate sector, where I developed valuable skills in market analysis, retail property evaluation, and deal structuring. Working closely with the talented team at ZIG, I gained insights into portfolio management and financial modeling, bridging the gap between my academic knowledge and real-world applications.In addition to my internship, I actively participate in the Culverhouse Real Estate Society, an honors society focused on promoting professional excellence in the real estate industry. As Social Chair, I manage and orchestrate events that foster connections between students and industry professionals, helping to prepare future leaders for success.I also work as a Booking Agent at The Social Chair, where I play a key role in expanding our client base within the fraternity sector. My responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, providing budgeting expertise, and serving as the primary liaison for artists, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.With a strong interest in pursuing a private equity real estate career, I am excited to connect with like-minded professionals and continue building my expertise in this dynamic field.
