Providing consulting services to various mobile, gaming, and tech companies, including:• Supermassive Games: One of the UK's top AAA game developers. I worked with the executive and production team on their gaming projects: developing business plans, conducting market research, providing advice and consultation on monetisation, design, production, and user experience.• Psycapps: I took on the role of Product Director to help them assemble a development team and successfully complete the latest version of their gamified wellbeing app.• Magicave: A blockchain gaming startup where I assisted the founding team with recruitment, events, product development, and production in the run-up to their $6 million investment round.Alongside my consulting work I also provide mentoring support to a wide range of individuals, from leaders in established successful businesses to the founders of bootstrapped startups.

Raised investment and drove product and production for this remote-based indie game development studio who aimed to develop the next generation of hypercasual games by integrating more sophisticated monetisation tactics and raising production values. Key achievements in this role included:• The development of 50+ games to CPI test or beyond in only two years.• Pioneering the design of “HybridCasual” games - where the market has moved since.• The team winning a Pocket Gamer award for “Light the Fires”• Adding deep expertise of rapid development, concept testing, and user acquisition.

A specialist mobile/F2P game studio working for a variety of games publishers including Sega, Warner Media Namco and DeNA. I led the design, product and production processes and we became the most profitable studio in our group. Our breakthrough title was Amateur Surgeon 4 with which we:• Hit the number one spot in 32 countries including the UK & USA.• More than doubled ARPDAU through its’ years of live operations.• Achieved a 4x return on investment for our partners at Adult Swim.

Initially a small digital marketing consultancy which then found a niche in producing web-based advergames and supporting technology for brands including Energizer, Bic, Tesco, Hewlett Packard and Nickelodeon before pivoting to the production of mobile games.
