Managed day to day operations of property & casualty portion of large insurance brokerage (middle market, small market, and personal lines). This included process improvement, budget management, human resource issues, hiring, terminations, and managing/reporting metrics. Instituted a service center model within the small business operation. Developed first true service internship program in agency. Worked cooperatively with Producers in a team environment in an effort to support their books of business. Also teamed with Surety & Employee Benefits side of brokerage to align goals and facilitate open communication.
