I oversaw all operations of the chapter. Developed programs and services, maintained and increased membership in collaboration with a Board of Directors and Steering Committee. Fundraising, grant writing and grant compliance. Oversaw homebuyer counselor to ensure compliance with homebuyer subsidies. I oversaw a "Green Building" grant from Enterprise Community Partners to ensure program requirement compliance for the construction of 28 affordable homes.

Oversaw staff of case managers and job developers to help newly arriving refugees being resettled in Phoenix. This included housing set-up, cross-cultural training, language training, immigration and family reunification and job search.

Oversaw affordable housing program: I was responsible for acquisition of vacant lots, marketing of programs and seeking buyers for affordable housing projects. Worked to leverage HOME funds and refer buyers to lenders. I worked with neighborhood leaders on the Board of Directors of the Capital Mall Association and other like-minded community groups that worked in the same neighborhood and City Council Members to promote neighborhood revitalization.
