As Head of Sales I was responsible for the leadership and mentoring of 40 sales staff across Australia with $80 Million of SME new business wins and $500 Million annual turnover across the business. Core responsibilities included setting the overall sales strategy, re-modelling the staff incentive structure to better align with the business model and restructuring the leadership team to provide further support to staff. These strategies saw an increase of 8% in new business wins while reducing expenses by 18%.
