HMY Radford specialise in the Design, Manufacture and Installation of Retail equipment for many of the countries leading retailers. I managed the Merchandising Aids element for the Tesco Account.• Manage up to 20 Projects at any one time, ranging in value from 10-200k• Responsible for undertaking site surveys, liaising with Tesco management to make sure all equipment required is captured.• Managed Meat Fish and Poultry Tesco Roll Out. 1200 Stores fitted in 3 weeks. Responsible for chairing daily conference calls with Tesco and Third Party suppliers.

ITAB is one of the UK’s largest providers of shop fittings services and sales floorProducts. I was employed as a Project Manager on the Tesco Acount working on UK and Central European Project - , managing projects in Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Czechoslovakia.• Responsible for ensuring all Store Plans for Central European Project (96 stores across 4 countries) were received 8 weeks prior to installation. Also, responsible for making sure all plans were correct prior to distribution to In Country Project Teams.• Responsible for generating new business through design development primarily, from concept, through procurement and manufacture through to installation. Generated an additional £80k within Czech alone by offering a better solution than those being used currently.• Managed the procurement for third party manufacture items, this involved dealing with firms across all four countries from manufacture of prototypes to sign off from Tesco UK.• Daily conference calls with Tesco UK to provide updates as to current works across the four countries, snagging and other site related issues.• Travel to Europe for meetings with Tesco Management Teams to provide support on behalf of Itab.

Eden Industries offer Project Management and Installation Services to many of the UK’s leading retailers. I was employed as a Project Manager on the Tesco Account.• Worked on “Deeper Shelving” Project, managing 75 Stores over a 3-month period.• Managed several new developments as well as Store Refresh Projects.• Responsible for Project costing / estimating as submitting final accounts to Tesco.

AMS Retail Interiors is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke interiors and display equipment for retail and financial outlets. I was employed as a Project Manager within the Project services division, working primarily on the Marks and Spencer account.
