This encompassed a wide array of activities, including overseeing building maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. I implemented efficient processes and protocols to streamline operations and enhance the overall tenant experience.Reporting and Forecasting:I was responsible for the preparation of NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) and GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) reporting. This involved collecting and analyzing data related to the building's energy efficiency and sustainability performance. Additionally, I provided regular reporting and forecasting of the tower's operational expenses, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and optimize budget allocation.Project Management:As part of my role, I oversaw project management activities related to both day-to-day repairs and tenancy fit-outs.
