I have spent the last 20+ years in roles spanning digital marketing, product management, user experience design, content marketing and business analytics. Because of these varied experiences, I have unique visibility into the entire customer journey and can diagnose issues and provide guidance for how to improve each point to positively affect KPIs and business results.I have developed campaigns, built products and designed interfaces for large brands such as Wells Fargo, Wachovia, US Airways and TWA. On the agency side, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with strong agriculture and rural brands like Morton Buildings, Merck Animal Health, and the United Soybean Board.Whether speaking to a creative director or a web developer, I can translate complex marketing or technology requirements or issues in a way that either can understand.
