Broken up into spaces of all shapes and sizes, each with a unique feel, these areas all need to be reset to precise specifications before the beginning of every show.Prop resetters prepare the spaces for the next show, as well as helping to create one-use only props.

Some clients did not have English as their first language; diligence and rapport with the author were necessary to ensure that their original intent was not lost in translation. My most prominent commission was editing an article sidebar by Tiago Falcao-Machado, which featured in the April 2019 issue of Jane's Intelligence Review.

Running repairs were necessary for an experience with hundreds of customers every week. Additionally, I held keyholder responsibilities, trained and supervised new staff and produced comprehensive documentation for staff training and reference.
