Having significant Scrum / Agile training from my education, I helped incorporate Scrum practices and get our team working on two week sprint cycles. We tracked our product backlog and user stories in GitLab using their Issues feature. I spent a significant portion of my time at Attain upgrading a message board app from Angular 2 to 4, while also refactoring code, fixing bugs, writing tests, and enhancing features and user experience. I also had the opportunity to assist the Progressive Web App team and build my own PWA with React, Redux, Typescript, and Material UI. I used Docker containers for my local development environment for the Drupal site and have learned how to create and configure containers. I also did some bash scripting. Show less

Having been exposed to programming by this point and being restricted to the bounds of FileMaker, I wanted to design my own solution from the ground up.Site Safety and Training Supervisor (Apr 2013 - Mar 2014)As the Site Safety and Training Supervisor I wrote technical training documentation for the users of the CMS software we used to track our maintenance for Alaska Airlines ground equipment. I also held weekly safety meetings to keep safety at the forefront of our technician's minds. This position also allowed me to travel to various other sites outside of Seattle to perform safety inspections and provide technical training to our remote technicians.System Coordinator (Aug 2009 - Apr 2013)In my first office position at ELS I assisted in overseeing maintenance performed by our subcontractors across 50 airport locations in the US and Mexico. I helped create a new streamlined process for assigning, tracking, and collecting maintenance work orders by using SQL and pulling reports from the SAAS program we used.Lead Fueler (May 2007 - Aug 2009)I was initially hired as a Fueler for my first position at ELS and quickly moved into the Lead Fueler position where I supervised a small team to ensure 150+ pieces of equipment critical to Alaska Airlines' flight operations were fueled each night.
