20+ years in the Global video game sector with the majority in running Global Game Studios as a GM with P&L responsibility at some of the largest Global gaming companies. Was a Group GM at EA Sports Mobile and Racing and NA Studio Head for Kabam, an early pioneer in free to play games. Within the GM role I have strong capability in developing high functioning leadership teams that can create an aligned studio vision that achieves both the business objectives and development of the teams professional goals. Experienced in working with cross functional business teams to ensure alignment and resolving differences in functional priorities. A passion in developing the team and helping them realize their full professional potential by finding solutions that achieve the business objectives and the team members' professional objectives. I've also had roles across most every aspect in gaming where I held senior roles in corporate strategy, M&A, Investor Relations, Finance, and Studio Publishing. Currently focused on the $400Bn Collectibles industry where I believe many of the processes and frameworks from Gaming can be applied in this category. I'm actively focused on advising several Collectibles companies and building an analytics startup helping breakers live operate their portfolio of primary and secondary content.
