As Mortgage Systems Manger my responsibilities included ongoing operations of the mortgage loan origination and servicing software in the South Carolina operations center for the Mortgage Group; implementation of new systems; and server and network operations. During my employment I was responsible for upgrading the loan origination system from a console based to Windows based application; upgrading to frame relay networking; and Y2K remediation, testing, and upgrading of 22 mortgage related systems. I implemented the first Windows NT domain infrastructure in the bank and rolled this out to support back office personnel as well as mobile loan originators in the branch offices.
