Established and managed IT department of statewide economic development organization. Designed all Information Technology systems for new organization. Managed all IT-related projects and purchases for the agency and led development on most projects. Responsible for developing and managing the IT budget for the organization. Trained and managed staff on the operation, management and maintenance of all systems. Responsible for managing agency’s security. Oversaw construction of new facility, installation and configuration of new systems and equipment.
