White and Williams LLP, a leading law firm in insurance subrogation, has been my professional home for over 34 years. As a senior partner in the subrogation department, I specialize in property losses with an emphasis on fire claims. I represent insurance companies and their insureds in recovering damages from responsible third parties, such as contractors and product manufacturers, who caused or contributed to a loss. My practice combines my legal expertise and my passion for education and public service. I am a certified interior structural firefighter and a captain with the Moorestown Fire Department in New Jersey. I am also a certified fire officer and fire instructor, training and mentoring other firefighters. Additionally, I am an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). I am a certified IAAI instructor and an attorney instructor at the National Fire Academy, where I teach a course to fire investigators on case preparation and testimony. I frequently lecture on topics related to subrogation sharing my knowledge and experience with other professionals in the industry.
