Created Ketchum's Disruptive Media Group. This group kicked ass by throwing out all of the BS brand briefs we were handed. We studied culture. We found the conversations people really cared about and we connected our clients to those conversations. Not only did we have many viral hits, but the ROI we delivered was out of this world.
