I also serve as a Board of Governor Member at Manatee Technical College, advising and recommending actions relevant to the programs and operations at the college. Additionally, I am the inventor of the Barricade Box, a life-saving temporary door barricade device that has been patented. I am driven by the mission of empowering and protecting people and communities through innovative and impactful training and security solutions.I have over 25 years of combined experience in law enforcement, safety training, and security consulting, with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and multiple certifications in crime prevention and active shooter survival. As the co-owner of a successful safety training and security consulting business since 2016, I specialize in designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs that address organizational needs and enhance employee skills in various domains, such as active threat response, workplace violence, and environmental design.
