Junghyun Park specializes in international trade, covering areas such as trade policy, trade remedy, trade negotiation, economic sanctions, export control, and customs. Prior to rejoining Lee & Ko in March 2023, Mr. Park served as the Director for International Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Justice. In this role, he supervised the management of foreign legal consultants in Korea, represented Korea at the UNCITRAL in various trade-related negotiations, and provided guidance to Korean SMEs on overseas expansion and international transactions. Mr. Park's extensive government experience also includes serving as a prosecutor and FTA negotiator. Additionally, he has worked at Kim & Chang and Lee & Ko during his career transitions. Mr. Park holds an LL.B degree from Seoul National University, College of Law, and is a member of the Korean Bar.
