About Chris Kornbrust

Career wise, I'm passionate about helping GTM teams succeed. For over six years at Seismic, I've partnered with 200+ companies to develop and deploy impactful sales enablement programs. Witnessing my clients achieve company-wide recognition and career advancements through these programs is one my greatest rewards. Prior to Seismic, I was an early stage start up sales hire, and also co-founded two 7 figure companies in various industries. This experience ignited my passion for sales and marketing, leading me to hone my expertise in B2B and B2C sales strategies. Additionally, I've developed a strong foundation in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining top sales talent.I possess a deep understanding of core sales enablement technologies and consult companies building their GTM stack as well. I'm also an investor in early stage tech companies and proud to be a member of the Stage 2 Capital and Interlock VC Communities. Beyond my professional pursuits, I've been actively involved in mixed martial arts since childhood, both as a practitioner and instructor which has helped build my discipline and fortitude that translates into my Sales Leadership.
