Chris consistently reached and maintained the top 1 or 2 sales attainment in the country each year over his entire career at US LEC. He was responsible for bringing 30-40 percent of the total sales in the Philadelphia switch by the time he left his 3 and a half year career at US LEC. Chris groomed and helped build key agents for US LEC who have now become his well respected industry peers.

Embarking down a new career path, Chris honed his telecom direct sales skills at XO to get promoted from an Account Manager to a Senior Account Manager within 6 months... by listening to customers properly, by learning the industry thoroughly, by knowing the products he was selling, and by delivering what he promised.

Chris successfully built a second Building Maintenance Service Company from scratch to a rivaling $1,600,000 annual revenue to it's predecessor. He created a whole new marketing image and grew sales in spite of the ever increasing industry competition by providing fair prices, managing employees well, and maintaining the "whatever it takes" attitude to make certain his customers were happy and remained loyal.

Chris excercised complete sales, marketing, operational and P&L responsibility for a start up company which began while Chris was still in college. He grew the company from zero sales to over $1,650,000 per annum. In the 11 year span, Chris hired and managed over 300 full and part time high turnover employees while maintaining a staff of 20 people at any given time to maintain office buildings in the Southern New Jersey marketplace.
