Co-founded Good Consulting, a non-profit company which aims to provide opportunities for growth and development of social responsibility to campus organizations and local businesses, with a focus on social entrepreneurship.Created important local improvements as well as more sustainable international social initiatives in order to propel consumer consciousness and social awareness forward.Developed the Good Consulting business plan, constitution and mission statement approved by Miami University by working closely with the Entrepreneurship department, and networking with consultants and student-run social impact organizations.

Founded the TOMS Shoes Club at Miami UniversityAchieved TOMS "Campus Club of the Week" award and recognition as a result of high student participation and strong plans of action to achieve ambitious goals of growth.Established, formed and elected an executive board with a marketing and event planning division.Coordinated public relations event such as a “Style Your Soles” and “One Day Without Shoes” to raise awareness about how 40% of the world does not have shoes and to market TOMS. The events attracted over three hundred participants on campus. Collaborated with other campus activities council members to organize the “Style Your Soles” event.Organized and created marketing campaigns for a local shoe drop that collected 500 shoes for the greater Cincinnati area.Organized and created marketing campaigns for the TOMS documentary film and for One Day Without Shoes, in order to recruit 500 people to attend both events.

Mentored 70 Afghan Fulbright scholars on a seminar for Social Entrepreneurship.Worked with Miami University and the U.S. Department of State to help coordinate the five day seminar.Helped the Afghan students create sustainable networks, provide a forum to discuss Afghanistan's future, develop a project concept, write and pitch a proposal, and provide dialogue between the local community and the Fulbright scholars.

Worked with a team of 20 other undergraduate students in helping to plan and participate in orientation for incoming first years.Led small groups of 10-15 incoming students on a daily basis to help them become acquainted with Miami University.Performed in vignettes and gave weekly presentations to more than 200 students describing various ways to succeed at Miami University.Went through a rigorous two week training program in which I was taught how to facilitate discussion in adjustment, culture, diversity, and academics.
