Responsibility includes creation and maintenance of key project engineering registers and lists, coordinating interfaces between subsystem packages, and follow through as the technical lead in the execution of the Project System Integration Tests. Led a team of 8 engineers to supply completed detail engineering packages to the Project Engineering teams. Packages managed include (1) Valves and Actuators, (2) Flowloops, (3) Frames, (4) Hydraulics, (5) Blocks and (6) Cathodic Protection. Responsibility includes resource management, creating and/or maintaining engineering processes and drive quality improvement initiatives. This was an additional role on top of primary duties:Regional focal point to coordinate globally implemented processes and communication of product qualification milestones to key stakeholders in the region. Responsibilities also include supporting technical queries related to Valve and Actuators, and review of relevant project tender documents to ensure requirements can be complied or exceptions must be taken.

Led a team of 4 engineers to resolve an average of 200 Non-conformance reports per month to support regional manufacturing. Responsibility includes resource management, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and chairing non-conformance review boards to advocate preventative resolutions.

Led a team of up to 3 design engineers and also personally designed various Well Completion equipment, such as Xmas Trees, Choke Modules, Tubing Hangers, Tubing Heads, Flowbases and associated tooling. Scopes of work includes system tolerance stack up, stress calculations and analyses, design for manufacturability/assembly/testing (DFx), and release of detailed engineering documents for equipment production.
