InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S. The Program Committee seeks to provide content of interest and value to InfraGard members.

The FBI Chicago Citizens Academy was established in the Chicago Division in 2003 as part of the Community Outreach Program. The purpose of the Academy is to establish and foster relationships and understanding between FBI representatives and the Chicago community. The success and local impact of this Academy has been tremendous. The Citizens Academy has given community, civic, religious and business leaders, as well as media executives, the opportunity to find out how the FBI "does business."

Advisor at the Bunker. The Bunker is an incubator of veteran-owned and run companies. The original portfolio of companies was directly in Chicago but it is quickly growing to many other cities across America. Bunker companies also extend their reach to all veterans, and whoever needs help or advice, gets it. This is a commitment to the veteran Community.

Young Leaders was an invitation-only opportunity to meet with select individuals from the US and Germany, to discuss transatlantic policy issues. From this group, several of us were selected to go to Italy, to join Americans, Germans and Italians, for further policy discussion.

The Wintrust Banking Center was Wintrust's first Chicago Loop location and I opened it July 2012. At that time, the office provided comprehensive private banking, wealth management, commercial and retail services to stand-alone clients, as well as servicing all of the the existing Wintrust clients working in the loop. In addition to a stand alone client practice, I worked directly with Middle Market. In the first 1.5 years, I produced $70 million in new business for the bank.
