About Chris Kuijten

www.alasqmusic.comI am a music composer whose passion is to enrich all kinds of creations (games, live experiences, media, film) with profound custom composed & produced music.Besides being a composer, I am specialized in storytelling and strategic creative conceptualization. This is an absolute prerequisite for understanding & creating the link between emotion, story, and esthetics combined regarding music. In my career to date, I had the privilege to work for and collaborate with a variety of musicians, creators, brands, and heavyweights in the world of media, gaming & entertainment such as Yo-Yo Ma, booking.com, Heineken, Cirque de Soleil artist Miyoko Shida, Microsoft, Volvo, and Bloomberg.Neurologist Oliver Sacks has noted, that musical emotions and musical memory can survive long after other forms of memory have disappeared, like visual information. Part of the reason for the durable power of music appears to be that listening to music engages many parts of the brain, triggering connections and creating associations.By taking this kind of knowledge seriously, My main goal is to add these perks to your creation by carefully tailoring every note, melody & strategy. This is to enhance the above effect even more.As a Creative Strategist:Creating & developing valuable immersive content and creative strategy that has not seen the light before is Chris Kuijten's greatest strength. Taking the audience into mind-expanding worlds through music, sound, visual translations & creative thinking is an indispensable enrichment of your strategic goal or creative vision. With more than 15 years of experience as a creative/art director, Chris has worked on various projects, brands & concepts. Carried by strategic skill and the essential belief in emotion through authenticity combined with his natural, innovative, and intuitive way of creating & thinking will be crucial in the search for originality.www.chriskuijten.com

www.chriskuijten.comwww.instagram.com/chris_kuijtenLet's open google maps. Put on satellite imagery, zoom out a little and take a good look at what you see. Yup, those lines are our roads and highways. They connect cities and places crowded with high buildings and lots of cars chasing each other's tail. But what we forget most of the time, is that those green colored parts are split up because of this human intervention. And precisely those parts are the ones we need to take care of. The human species will never stop growing but we always need to keep space left for 'the green'. And what better way to create awareness on this matter, than by letting people fall back in love. Back in love with nature that is. Afterall, we live side by side and it would be great to give next generations the same pleasure. Nature is here for us, let's return the favor by being here for nature once in a while.Like I said... we need to fall back in love! And that is exactly where I hope to be of service to you. Through my photos, I want to give you a unique & pure look at this inspirational 'green' called nature. Hopefully, it will connect you (again) to the great wide open and invite you to... ...explore nature!www.chriskuijten.com
