I measure success in terms of how much my clients consider me an integral part of their talent mobility team.PREVIOUS: Worked onsite with a leading technology client in Singapore and Shanghai working as a Mobility Manager specializing in projects, process improvements, and perfecting the service delivery model so that we can WOW everyone we move. Also managed the onsite admin team who are the face of the client's Talent Mobility team to our internal HR/recruiting clients. I have worked in the relocation industry, for Cartus, the leading relocation provider in the industry since 2005. I started in their corporate headquarters in Danbury, CT and was relocated to Seattle, WA to work on-site with Microsoft. My experience at Microsoft has spanned dozens of countries and policy types. In 2013 I pursued a move to Singapore to ensure the success of some new accounts. There I had the opportunity to learn how to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and gained insight into Asian culture both in business and more broadly in my personal interactions.
