I am a seasoned proposals manager and developer, creating formal proposal groups at various organizations and managing efforts that have earned more than $800 million of revenue. I also have marketing management experience, which combined with my MBA degree has provided me the analytical, leadership, creative, and organizational skills to manage direct reports and cross-functional teams. At Virgin Pulse, I led teams that contributed to the company’s growth from 2016 to 2019, when the company increased its annual revenue from $80 million to $250 million, while increasing the number of employees from 200 to 1700.
