• Accountable for managing IT projects, negotiating timelines, scheduling resources, and managing cost budget.• Create SOW’s based on business values, technical scopes, and data analytics.• Fine tune and redesign project processes, templates, and guidelines to improve efficiencies for the project management group.• Lead cross functional teams by being a servant leader.• Set priorities and milestones to meet strategic objectives while providing project-level metrics.• Excel in guiding the work of technical teams. Articulate project goals and scope, translated business objectives into technical terms, and instilled shared accountability for achieving project milestones.• Lead initiatives of on-going refinement and alignment of best practices and health checks.• Manage a varied of projects including network installs, server refreshes, new branches, VOIP setups, and IT architecture builds.• Engage and motivate all levels of stakeholders and project teams from Chief Executive Officer’s to managers.
