Concurrently managed 4 mission-critical corporate initiatives to add Voice services to corporate portfolio. Technically managed company’s Wireless Network. Led and trained team of 10+ Technicians to install LTE cellular sites across Idaho, including testing, troubleshooting and monitoring operations. Analyzed KPIs and customer issues, monitoring trends and determining solutions to address any issues. Ensured field team had adequate resources to effectively manage radio network (towers). Reported to GM at Syringa Wireless.

Bend, Oregon Area

As company’s only Wireless Manager, led diverse team of Engineering, Field Services and Operations staff to deliver cutting edge wireless internet to underserved rural communities. Monitored and managed cellular network performance through KPIs and customer feedback. Managed radio frequency engineering performance through regular drive test performance measures. Partnered with Support and outside Plant teams to coordinate customer installations and maintenance. Developed and maintained critical vendor relationships to create synergy among teams. Established operational standards and KPIs to ensure service level adherence. Reported to VP of Engineering and served on Engineering Leadership Team, developing policies and processes.
