As a PM in a startup environment, my role is to successfully deliver client projects and build into the operations team. This includes tracking timelines, budgets, communicating expectations, and milestones. Rapid growth for our team means we take a collaborative approach to identifying problems and iterating strategic solutions.

I've had the privilege to work with 20+ churches & for-profit organizations to provide stand-alone messages, a retreat series, small group adult learning material, and leadership consulting. I work with faith leaders and managers to help determine what is most useful for their people and craft content that is timely, growth oriented, culturally engaging, and mission focused.

The Communications department called me from the bullpen of co-curricular land into the world of teaching. My task: make early communications course as engaging and concrete as possible.We all know that these courses are often seen as blow off, this-doesnt-really-connect-to-my-life courses. Au contraire, mon frère this class will be tremendous. The result? A course that brings together MLK, fake news, anxiety, teaching in the modern era, and everyday tips to thrive in college.

Joined the organization to overhaul an under-engaged department impacting 500+ students/week. During pandemic, designed and implemented a digital content and online learning platform for 500+ on a truncated timeframe. Invested in departmental culture, created new roles, and reduced turnover. Established quantitative KPIs and PM software, Asana, to track project efficiency and pacing to ensure clear cross-departmental communication and on-time deliverables for President & Board of Trustees.
