The Womack Army Medical Center is a 138 bed military run hospital on Fort Bragg which serves over 160,000 beneficiaries. I was initially brought on because they wanted to leverage SharePoint’s capabilities but were unsure how to do so successfully. Over the next year I developed a program aligned with their balanced scorecard and worked with the CIO and senior leaders to develop the vision.
