As the Founder of Eli Daniel Group, a full-service staffing firm specializing in temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent placements across industries such as Accounting, HR, Office Administration, Allied Healthcare, and Executive roles, I achieved profitability in the first year with no initial clients. I was responsible for negotiating all vendor relationships, including leases, financial services, IT/Phone systems, web design, SEO strategy, job boards, and customer contracts. I led cold calling efforts, marketing campaigns, job fairs, and sales and recruitment training while building consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure long-term client loyalty.I also developed media expertise with numerous appearances in local and national print, radio, and TV, and delivered presentations on labor market trends.
