Developed and manage E-commerce website, fulfillment process, and Customer Service. Manage 5 fulfillment locations and Customer Service call center. Drive sales growth working with Webmaster, Marketing Team and Merchandising department to differentiate product offering and create a unique branded environment. Integrated Muttropolis Online Community Pet Park and Muttropolis Blog with Muttropolis.com.Muttropolis.com is a 2009 Internet Retailer Hot 100 award winner.

Designed and administered procedures for inventory quality control, receiving of merchandise , and distribution to retail locations. Led team to conduct Cycle Counts and resolve discrepancies. Worked closely with vendors to ensure invoice and merchandise accuracy and timely payment. Met weekly with owners and Controller to review financial position and schedule payments based on invoiced terms and maximizing cash flow for operations.

Developed leads for prospective members, provided information in person, by phone, and via email to prospective members, toured and enrolled new members. Met and exceeded membership and financial goals through educating prospective and new members of the benefits of health and wellness. Worked within the Membership Representative Team to track and report daily membership sales to management.
