As the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP’s Philadelphia office, I provide direction and guidance to more than 1,200 cross-functional team members who serve some of the area’s largest public companies as well as a diverse base of innovative and entrepreneurial organizations. My responsibilities include strategic planning, revenue management and market leadership across the breadth of EY services. During my 29 years with EY, I have served numerous clients with national and global footprints from various industries, including technology, life sciences, medical equipment, telecommunications, hospitality and real estate. I have extensive experience with SEC accounting and reporting, private and public equity and debt offerings, revenue recognition and IPO filings.Prior to my current role, I served as the Mid-Atlantic Region Strategic Growth Markets Leader, where I identified and formed strong and long-lasting relationships with future market leaders early on in their life cycle. I worked closely with these high-growth organizations and their investors on business strategy and technical accounting matters. In addition to my EY responsibilities, I am very active in the community and serve on a number of nonprofit boards in the greater Philadelphia area.
