Through a passion of serving others and a passion for sports, I easily found myself wanting to serve in the medical field and became intrigued in athletic training. With a thorough understanding of many sports, and my willingness to sacrifice myself for the gains of others, I have seen athletic training be able to take that passion to the next level. Constant learning has become accustomed to my normal week. I have recently added a Functional Movement Screening Certification (FMS-C) in which I am able to use as a baseline screen for preventative purposes. I would also like to get my OPE-C, OTC, and CSCS.When I am not practicing athletic training or learning, I am spending time with my lovely wife, Alex and our dog, Ellie. From numerous walks to simply sitting on the couch and resting, time with my loved one brings peace and refuels the mind.I have recently taken up fly fishing for it is a way to escape, relax and just enjoy creation. I cannot wait until I am able to hook up a big one and try to get all fancy with my non photography skills. Until then, I will continue going out acting like I know what I'm doing.
